Sales of packaging supplies via Supplies.PublicStorage.com are transacted, managed and fulfilled by Pratt Retail Specialties, LLC and PrattPlus.com in partnership with Public Storage.
Order characteristics such as size, weight and distance will determine the method for delivering your order. Orders will ship via courier, parcel services such as UPS and FedEx or motor freight. The freight method will be selected by Pratt Retail Specialties based on optimizing the fastest and least expensive method of delivering your order.
All freight and shipping costs are estimated at the time of your order with the exception of items that are sold with freight inclusive pricing. For individual items, kits or orders showing “Free Freight”, no freight or shipping charges will be applied. Any applicable freight charges will be charged when your order is placed. No additional freight charges will be applied after your order is placed and freight charges displayed at the time of order if applicable are considered final.

If your order is over $75, we'll ship it free anywhere in the contiguous USA! Talk about simple.
Don’t worry, we don't skimp on shipping. We ship your orders via UPS and several other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Flat Rate Shipping Policy
$7.95 Flat Rate shipping for orders less than $75.00.
You don’t have buy large quantities to get a deal on shipping. At Public Storage if your order is less than $75, we only charge a flat rate of $7.95 for your entire order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Supplies.PublicStorage.com will assist you in tracking the progress of your order by providing a series of email communications confirming your order as well as notification your order has shipped.
An email notification will be sent to your email address to confirm your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. This email will contain the order details, payment details and estimated arrival time for your order. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped. For orders shipping via UPS or FedEx, you will also be provided a tracking number for the order. For orders sent via courier or common carrier, tracking information may be limited or unavailable. This email will contain the shipping information with the estimated date of delivery.
